I'm already into crafting and would love to expand what I do with HP stuff. I have been looking for YEARS and cannot find any HP printed fabrics. Does anyone know where I can find some?!?!?

The Harry Potter fabrics, unfortunately, have been discontinued. I have made attempts with the WB representatives here to have them back on sale, but from what I've been told, "it doesn't look like it's going to happen".

I'm bummed about this as well. If you do want HP fabrics though, I recommend eBay. They do have some every time.

I just did a quick search on eBay for 'Harry Potter Fabrics,' and there are about a page of results, which is fairly good considering they don't make them anymore. The prices seem reasonable also, so I'd definitly check it out.

As this thread wasn't talking about links to learn new crafts, but was nevertheless very interesting, I split the old topic to make this one.

Feel free to continue the discussion on HP fabric here smile.gif

Would a fabric exchange be an appropriate topic here? I'm always looking for magical-looking fabric and unusual fabrics for HP projects. I usually need a small piece, less than a charm square (aka 5" square) up to a fat quarter and am always willing to swap with other people if I have what they need. Swapping fabric is always lots of fun, and is great for building stashes, but I didn't know if it would be appropriate to do it through the forum.

Unfortunately, I don't think it would be, as it would involve sharing private information, which is forbidden here.

I found some HP fabric at etsy.com yesterday. It was just a small bundle, but I bought it anyway tongue.gif (of course). It's person to person kind of like ebay, but set prices, not auctions. There are quite a few craft supplies as well as handmade items, so I'll be keeping my eye on this site.

Does anyone know where to find a fabric resembling that of Bellatrix LeStrange's dress- black with small silver swirls? I've checked 2 stores so far but found nothing even close.

I haven't seen any specifically like that, but I have seen a Bella costume made that had been stencilled with the swirls after it was made.

I'm Halloween fabric shopping this week, if I see similar fabric anywhere, I'll be sure and post it here.
