What best way to celebrate halloween than a potter party! toast.gif people dressing up as their favorite villains and such and a grand "potterish" decoration.

if i were to choose who i'd impersonate, I think i'd go as Narcissa tongue.gif heavy make-up and a long velvet dress and i'd dress up my boyfriend as Lucius malfoy complete with the long blonde hair and a pimp cane haha thumbup.gif

Take styrophome (sp?) or cardboard cutouts of lightening bolts and cover them with bright gold glitter and hang from the ceiling. That's what I've been thinking about doing. lol.gif Or if you feel like being a little dark, use dark red glitter... wink.gif
