I don't know where to ask this so I figure here is a good place to post and hopefully one of the wonderfully helpful mods will move it to where it can get answered or will answer this for me:
I live in the states, but I want to order a copy of the Philosopher's Stone, I want to read the different versions. Is it possible to get that delivered or sent over here, or will I have to arrange a trip to England for that?
Thanks in advance!

Hi there!
(I'll move this post over to the Cauldron Shop forum, where you can ask questions about the shop.)
The answer is yes, you should be able to order from amazon.uk or amazon.ca for the Bloomsbury versions.  I understand that they ship internationally. smile.gif
Good luck!

Yes, you can definitely order for Amazon UK and have the items shipped to the states.  I too wanted to read the British versions so I ordered the cloth bound special editions a while ago.  I was lucky enough to be in London on my honeymoon after Goblet of Fire was released so I picked up that version there.  But, I ordered Order of the Phoenix from Amazon UK and it shipped very quickly.

Hope this helps.

Ditto to what was already said, plus, you wouldn't have to go all the way to England- we use the same version in Canada. n_n

Bank Street Books in NYC sells the different versions of the books in their store.  Try their website - www.bankstreetbooks.com - and if it's not available online, try giving them a call to see if they'll send it to you.  The number of the store is 212-678-1654.

And if that doesn't work, then ordering from Canada will probably be cheaper than ordering from the UK.  Try www.chapters.ca - they ship to the US.

This isn't a question as much as it is a comment on the women's fitted tee's.  I tried to write it at a different topic, but it's been 'locked', so I will cut and paste it here:

Hi Ila,
I received my order today and have a couple of comments to make about the sizing.  First of all I should explain I ordered a size 8 for my son, and myself a medium in a woman's fitted tee.  When we opened the package, we couldn't tell one from the other!  The woman's fitted tee's run REALLY SMALL!  It will be like putting on a tight glove when I wear it on the 16th.  A medium in the original shirt (most likely a men's) was so big and roomy that I was certain a medium in a womans fitted tee would be ok.  I always buy medium.  Anyway, you might want to review the sizing with the manufacturer, or at least add a sizing chart to the wbshop.com site so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I suggest ordering from Canada as well.  The USD is higher than the CAN$, which means you wouldn't be paying so much as buying it in UK, where the GBP is rather strong.  You can order from Amazon.ca, or if you PM me, I can see what I can do for you here.

I am going to put this here because I have a question, if this is needing to be moved please do so. My questions is...Since TLC shirts and the like are no longer buyable, are there going to be more designed for the 2007 year? Or are there no longer going to be shirts altogether?

I had the opposite problem to you, I have the British books and wanted to read the US ones and see the chapter art etc. Amazon had a great deal for all 6 of the books in paperback for $32!!! I'm now eagerly waiting it's arrival!

What do you suggest I get from the Cauldron Shop to wear to a Deathly Hallows release party? I was thinking a Gryffindor scarf and the Harry Potter glasses. Then I would draw on a scar with eyeliner biggrin.gif Anything else I could do? I don't want to go way over the top and since the release day is in the SUMMER...any creative suggestions? I'd really appreciate it!
