yeah! his hair was soo good in Azkaban and Goblet of Fire, and now it's all short. what the heck?

I didn't like Harry's hair in OOTP, it made him look too old.

I hope they let him grow it a bit and have it longer for HBP.

yep i agree! harry is supposed to have hair that is all over the place and he cant keep it calm so what do they do?-make it short and stay in one place.

Bring back the longer hair!!!

Agreed. GoF hair was amazing. When I think of Harry's hair, I think of something I'd want to run my hands through---wild, messy, long & soft. Not short and stubby haha

I can't believe I'm actually evaluating the merits of haircuts... doh.gif

Oh well.

PS: I didn't like Dan's hair in this one; it was all plastered down and neat, which was the opposite of how it's described in the books.
CoS: His hair was okay here. I didn't really notice it much, to be honest.
PoA: Great! Dan was really starting to resemble Harry more at this point.
GoF: Pretty good, but perhaps it would have been better if it had been just a tiny bit shorter. That's just my opinion though. smile.gif
OotP: Er... no comment.

Did he perhaps have to cut it so short because of Equus or something? Hopefully it will have grown out a bit by HBP.

Ahh the dreaded H*** word!

Harrys' hair is supposed to be long and messy, never under control. Its not nearly that discription in the ootp movie.

My favorite was Prisoner of Azkaban. Sorcerer's Stone was ok, can't really remember what his hair looked like in Chamber of Secrets (oops!) and Goblet of Fire was slightly too long. As for Order of the Phoenix, I thought it was ok too. I seem to remember watching or reading an interview with Daniel Radcliffe talking about his hair. But I can't seem to find it, and I can't remember when or where I saw it. unsure.gif But I remember him saying they had cut his hair short because of the trial. Can't find any information though, so I might be wrong! biggrin.gif

Yes/No.

I liked it when he kept it combed...but other times it resembled like a very furry dog was resting on his head. It was just terrible.

It looked like he had it combed with a pick to make it bowl shaped.

Harry's supposed to have messy hair...not puffy hair. Messy hair is "bed" hair...not making his hair a mound.

You know what I mean?

His hair was short when he went and filmed "December Boys," and that was before Equus.

That's why I think he had it cut for "December Boys," because his character lives in an orphanage...in which case you'd have your hair likely short.
