I heart.gif OOTP movie the best. It followed the plot really well and what was cut was okay, it didn't effect the plot drastically. I think David Yates did a great job and I'm glad he's doing HBP!

i liked three and five very much...they were the best...they seemed darker and very close to the theme of harry potter...1 and 2 were kinda childish although good and 4 was a big showing off.i hated the fact that i didnt like the 4rth because its the movie where voldemort is reborn and introduced to the audience...but generally it was good...thats my opinion

I really like POA and OOTP. All of them are enjoyable at least.

Strangely enough, though I can't call SS a great film, there are moments in it that come the closest to having the Harry Potter feel I always get when reading the best parts of the books. I feel this in the film during the Ollivander scene, the opening scene at Privet Drive, and the flashback to Godric's Hollow. They all have that spooky magical history feel about them.

I'm going to put them in order from 1 to 5:
1.Prisoner Of Azkaban:Alfonso did a wonderful job.
2.Order of the Phoenix:David Yates also directed a very good film.
3.Chamber of Secrets:Very good but OotP has to come first.
4.Philosephers Stone:It was the first and was getting started.
5.Goblet of Fire:Even though it is my favourite book in the series,Newell did a disatrous job with it.

starless winter i agree actually....there was the real magic..i forgot about it...as long as i remember in no other movie u get that feeling...i think that is because the philosopher's stone is the introduction to the movies and it has to be really good and magic to set up a backround...(same goes for lotr too...)the first scene in priver drive was awesome...and it feels now more awesome because having read the last two books thus knowing more feels more awesome...

I will definently say the third is one of my favourites along with the OOtP. But Chamber of Secrets has been one of my favourites for a long time because It was the movie that got me hooked on Potter! biggrin.gif

My favorite is definitely OotP. I'm not a big fan of the movies, but I did like this one. I really liked the mood of the film. I think that Yates did an excellent job directing. The flashbacks were a really nice touch. I think the book was captured quite well in the movie. I was upset during a few parts, but I think that Yates tried his best. I'm quite excited to see what he does for HBP.
