This is my absolute favorite drawing of hers. I remember Chickadee posted it during the DH reading groups, and I fell in love, Just the detail of Hermione's jeans..and the tenderness of the kiss. It's absolutely beautiful, don't you think?  (yes, I do fully admit that I am in love with a drawing!)
(Oh, and I do know you used it in the collage, but I wanted people to see the full effect)

I love mary-dreams and her vivid use of colours in all of her pictures.  These are my favourites:
Ron and Hermione Dancing in DH
Luna, Ginny and Neville
Dumbledore and Harry in the Cave
The likeness to Michael Gambon and Daniel Radcliffe is stunning, and I wanna see the Cave scene very much like this in HBP.

Okay, part of me had to squee a bit when I saw your first link, but I knew what would be there, and that makes the other part of me cringe. I feel like perhaps I need to stand on a box somewhere and shout to the world that the redhead is not Ginny. I know this quite personally because I commissioned and paid for that drawing, and that's me playing chess with Ron...she drew it from a photo and made me look a bit younger. I own the original - it's matted and framed, along with the colored print, and hanging in my bedroom. I'm the redhead, I promise. You can actually see that her Ginny has a completely different look about her, and not the heart-shaped face I have, in her other drawings that include Ginny.
But anyway! I'm sooooo proud of my dear friend Maria for being our featured fan artist for April. I wouldn't have commissioned her twice if I didn't adore her work and trust her to create something fantastic every time. I love her, I love her work, and I love that I own two originals - which she drew with love for her craft, for HP, and for her friends.
mary-dreams is beyond incredible. Congrats, sweetie!

Another of my favourite images from mary-dreams is this amazing vision of Ron destroying the horcrux/locket from DH --
I think it is an interesting (very Italian!) notion that the images from the locket are nude. The look of determination on Ron's face is palpable!
