ATTENTION : This thread does not in any way, approve of, or even condone the making of Horcruxes. Everything discussed here is purely hypothetical and we will not be in any way responsible for any ideas that may occur to the readers because of anything said here.

This poll is to ask you what sort of object you would like to turn into a Horcrux and what according to you would make the place where you hid it, safe.
There are many options to choose from in the latter, and you may vote for more than one option.
Please do give us the reasons for your choices, they make things so much more interesting. Thank you.

Well, I'd chose something singnificant for me, like something I've had since forever, cause I think it would make it stronger, wouldn't it? cause well, it basicly already has a pice of you in it, so it'll just make it ever STRONGER! I don't know, I'm just bableling, what do you think? Also I don't think I'd be an idiot for using this item, because nobody has to know what this item is, it could be something you've kept in secret, but Mimbleton, I see your point in not using an item such as this.
I'd guard it with charms and the inferi infested lake, cause it's just so creepy. lol

oh, yes, the grain of sand idea would be excellent. I think I would make my Horcrux a teeny tiny stone (sorry guys, I'm borrowing from your ideas!) and have it set into a piece of jewelry with other stones identical to it. I would wear it just often enough that it wouldn't seem like I was hiding it, but not too often, giving others the impression that I had to have it on me always. of course, no one would expect me to have a horcrux anyway...

Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is alchemy's first law of equivalent exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one and only truth . . .

i would choose something significant to me, because after all it's my SOUL!!!it's a very special and delicate thing. but , to learn from voldy's experience, it's better not to , because people will trace back to ur life and find out about it.i just chose every choices that i can choose to guard the horcrux, because if i choose everything, then nobody would be able to get through it, once i put it there.
