Hello! I'm Shelby. I don't have a nickname... yet. ^^
I am from New York, but not the city. Bleh! I hate cities.
I have three best freinds: Kate(she likes HP too, but not as much as me); Justine(she's never read the HP books. Arghh!); and Lily(Her real name is Olivia, I'm the only one that calls her Lily, but she doesn't like HP as much as me. Almost, but not as much).
I love playing Muggle Quidditch, but other than that, I don't like sports. I'm pretty creative, but I'm better at math and stuff. I want to go to school to be a Prodution Designer. I enjoy listening to PotterCast. I love Frak, and John. And Sue, and Melissa. Ok, I love them all.
My favourite HP characters are Neville Longbottom and Severus Snape. I know, a strange combination. ^^ My favourite book though I would have to say OotP.
Oh! My favourite colour, I don't have one. I prefer patterns. I like rainbow best, but I also enjoy plaid. And I love baclava(sp?) and... hmm... brain fart.... ummm... I also like stuffed shells. And bean burritos. (Yay John. ^^) I'm a pescatarian. So no beef.
And I have three cats. I had a dog named Odie who was 14, but he died this past September. My cats are Mama Kitty(Sullivan with long gray fur) who is the mom of Smoky(he's gray with short fur) and Midget(who is black with short fur and he's super fat.) Midget was born in the littler after Smoky.

After alot of searching, I finally found the new members thread.  I must be pretty blind today, my brain doesn't seem to be functioning. Haha. I joined a while ago but never got the chance to actually look around the place, so here I am.
Well, hi everyone, I'm Jane, I don't have a nickname as such, but call me whatever you want. I'm open to suggestions. 
I'm from good ol' England, up in the North of England to be precise. It rains alot, but you get used to it.
Been a Harry Potter fan for a while now and have been listening to PotterCast for nearly a year now. I never miss an episode and Melissa, Sue, John and Frak are amazing. I love listening to them all. You rock. I study Art and Design at college, I have to vent my creativity somewhere and hope to become an illustrator or graphic designer.
I am torn when it comes to picking my favourite character from the series, I name one and I end up naming the whole character list. Not trying to sound terribly cliché but, I guess Harry, it's all about the bravery. My favourite book has to be...Prisoner of Azkaban. Was always my favourite.
Favourite colour? Um, red. Or black. Or even together! Haha.
I tried not to babble on about things, as I'm prone to doing, so I'll keep it short. Hope to talk to you guys all soon!

Hi! *waves* I've been reading the books for a while and been a fan of them, but only been in the fandom recently (thanks to listening to PotterCast ) I think my favorite character of the books would have to be either Neville or Luna...my favorite "trio" member would have to be Ron...As for the books, I think Goblet of Fire is my favorite, simply because I love the Quidditch World Cup (how awesome are all the details JK Rowling provides for those scenes?) but I also really like Deathly Hallows.
