Hi guys
I have a wii and I have bought a few games for it. I will be travelling to the USA in July and was wondering if the games I buy in America will be compatible with my UK bought wii. When it comes to DVDs I know there are different regions (though some DVD players play everything) I thought wii games might be the same.
Any reviews of wii games are welcome too

I'm not very tech saavy but I have heard that UK consoles tend to be of PAL platform, whilst US are on NTSC, so you might have to consult before you buy to just to make sure they are playable on your wii . But I have heard that there are converters or mods that can be done to the wii to make it compatable to all platforms .
As for game reviews? Welp, I've been rather obsessed with Mario Kart lately, along with No More Heroes and I started playing Bully: Scholarship Edition yesterday and it's quite fun(both not very ethical, but you can really get into it cause theres a lot of motion and movement involved with the controllers ) Sorry my reviews aren't very good, but just a few suggestions of games that I'm currently into. (hmm, those 2 games seem to reflect that I'm a rather violent person, but I'm not! hahaha )

I've got a Wii, strangely enough, so do my grandparents. My grandfather had a stroke a while back, and is using Wii Fit and the Balance Board to exercise. I'm not too sure about that one though, I've got Mario Cart, Carnival Games and Wii Sports right now, does anyone have any suggestions on what else I should buy?

QUOTE(Elwood J. Blues @ Jun 3 2008, 07:18 AM) I've got a Wii, strangely enough, so do my grandparents. My grandfather had a stroke a while back, and is using Wii Fit and the Balance Board to exercise. I'm not too sure about that one though, I've got Mario Cart, Carnival Games and Wii Sports right now, does anyone have any suggestions on what else I should buy? Super Mario Galaxy is the best Mario game ever made. You must get it!
Wii Play is another good one. It's like Wii Sports but the games aren't as . . . well they don't require any physical exertion like Wii Sports. I like playing the Billiards and shooting game on it.
We want to get Brawl next but we have to wait till we got the $$$.
How is the Wii Fit game? I'm interested in getting it but haven't heard any feedback about it yet.
