In honor of Freaky Friday, we Crafty Witches have dug up some mixed up crafts to spice up your wardrobe!

First up, we put the Hogwarts houses in a blender and poured out some Slythendor Wristwarmers. Wow! can you imagine what a snake and griffin would look like morphed together? I'm now sure I want to see that . . .

Next up is a tutorial celebrating the life of, in Kreacher's opinion, the "unnatural beasts" of the Harry Potter series - Fred & George Weasley! Fred & George Socks symbolize the twins perfectly, using the same colors in opposite ways to produce fine looking footwear!

Finally, we have a selection of House-Elf socks for your pleasure. House Elf Socks and House Elf Socks (v2) would make any house elf proud to call you "Master", and siriusly - who in the world would want matching socks?

What on earth are you waiting for, crafters, MIX. IT. UP!

Use this thread for discussions of the listed tutorials, but also make sure to post your own Freaky Friday crafts for all of us to enjoy!

Its so great to see two houses being shown together. I find that all too often there is a separation of houses and it really is silly that we don't all just get along. This "wristwarmer" is a great way for people to show that they are accepting of everyone, like me.

I think i'm going to clean out my office and have it painted pink. Does anyone have any good patterns for lace tablecloths, or possibly ideas for making plates with pictures of kittens on them?

Well I wouldn't be seen dead in anything handmade. Imagine how it would look for me to be wearing something not made by the best wizarding couturiers!

But a nice scarf made by the talented crafty witches would go well in the winter months. I'll send a house elf along with my requirements closer to the time.

I think a new shawl would be nice...perhaps one with a sherry bottle pattern on it? I find it gets cold in my office and I need many layers around me. It also helps to keep my mind in the beyond.

I can make a charm using a cork, some string abd some bottle cpas if you like.

Whats especially nice is that while youre out jogging in the sun it makes a nice tinkly noise.

Well, I don't know about a shawl with a sherry bottle pattern but we do have a cozy pattern for your sherry bottle here!

*sighs*

It was another Christmas (about 5 months ago) to pass and I didn't get one pair of socks... and those elf socks look so comfortable and warm. Thick and woolen - just the way I would like.

I think couturiers do them by hand too, Harry.
