The previous thread was absolutely bursting with all of the wonderful posts about the movies that you all have seen, so it's time for a brand new, shiny thread. Please feel free to quote or refer to posts made in the previous thread, part 11 here.

Happy posting wizard.gif

DVD: Dawn of the Dead - Original George Romero Film. I still like this film more than the new one. It's like watching an Art Installation about consumerism by outsider zombie artists. The new film barely covered social issues - that is why George Romero's Zombie Films hold up over time.

Went to see Hancock. I wouldn't say it was an excellent film but it was quite enjoyable, one of those films that you can just sit and relaxe to without having to think to much! If it wasn't for Will Smith then the film would be pants.

I've been watching a lot of movies lately.. A few are John Tucker Must Die, The Prince and Me, 27 Dresses (B-B-Benny and the Jets--I <3 that song! James Marsden is awesome!), P.S I love you, Dan In Real Life, and more but i can't remember them.

Back to James Marsden: He is an awesome actor, and it doesn't hurt that he's incredibly good looking and has the most adorable dimples!!! Lately I've been watching movies that he stars in just to see him!!!

If everyone believes they can change the world, make it a better place, and make a difference, then why on Earth hasn't it happened yet?

Thanks theonlysong for the awesome avatar!

I saw Matilda on DVD. The kid that plays Matilda is a really good actor, I've seen her in other things, too. Danny DeVito stars in, produced and directed the movie cool.gif

Last night I watched "The Golden Compass" and I absolutely loved it! The special effects were amazing without being overwhelming; which is something I was worried about. The daemons were portrayed really well and I just love heart.gif Iorek Byrnison. And the actors were magnificent!

10 Things I Hate About You - Its quite weird watching Heath Ledger now that he's dead. It'll be even weirder watching the Dark Knight next week...
