I totally know what you're feeling. I'm in colorguard, and we're finally starting to learn the drill for our show, which is super exciting. We've got all the drill and flag work done for our first song; only three more songs left! We're beginning to do drill with the band too, which is fun because it's a lot more interesting marching with everyone instead of just running through the drill with the guard. We have a two week band camp coming up in two weeks, which I'm also really looking forward to because we'll probably learn a lot more drill and flag work then too. *sigh* I love marching season.

One of my favorite clients came in today and surprised our office staff with a homemade pina colada cheesecake. He's a marvelous cook and he's also a recent widower. He was telling us about his plans to go to his 50th high school reunion in another state. So, my celebration is that he's doing well and seems happy. And the cheesecake is fabulous. eat.gif

I was dismissed from my orthodontist! toast.gif

Now I only have to wear a retainer for 12 hours each night, and I don't have to carry around that annoying retainer case! grin.gif

Congrats Ravenklaw! Retainers are horrible! I got my braces of last August (the 21st to be exact biggrin.gif) and I still wear my retainer at night. But I just recently started skipping some nights, like tonight and tomarrow!

Now for my celebration...I am going to Lifest!!!! My favorite christian rock bands are playing tonight and I actually get to see them! I am so excited for it and I get to go for two days and sleep over at my best friends house for two days also! I haven't seen this friend since the end of school [so about a month]! So excited!

Thanks Kendra! It is better not to wear a retainer constantly, but it's kinda weird all the same!

That's awesome. Not trying to make fun here but it kinda reminds me of Evelyn form the first Mummy movie.
