Hermione really impressed me because she made the pollyjuice potion, and figured out what the "monster" was before being petrified. Very smart!

Ginny impressed me because I never predicted she would open the chamber! she was so innocent!

Fawkes had me impressed because his tears healed Harry's wound, and he's just a very fantastic creature!

The Most Annoying? Well, as always I will have to choose Vernon, Petunia and Dudley. They always annoy me. No questions asked.
Lockhart was very self-centered and annoying, but it's all right, because he made the series a bit funnier =D

Ron impressed me, when he was loyal to Harry despite his fear of spiders. To overcome a fobia for a friend is cool.

Most annoying is by far when Lockhart is constantly "rubbing" up against Harry - assuming Harry is just as brain-dead as he is himself. It's brilliantly written, I think, because I still get annoyed after reading the book 16 times!

I'm currently reading around page 100, and its ridiculous. I'd forgotten how much Lockheart assumes so much and how he always catches Harry at bad Time, like when Colin is asking for the picture / autograph. That's certainly one thing they failed to emphasize in the film, aside from their meeting in Flourish and Blotts.

I say Tom Riddle was impressive, cuz he could play really well the "good" guy, and until the end harry didnt know he was LV.

I have to say I'm most impressed by hermione, her intelligence is quite remarkable, along with her personality, which amuses me and humors me at times. My most annoying character would have to be lockharts, for his constant ignorance.

I thought Harry was the most impressive because he saved Ginny and all that, but I think I'm just biased towards him. smile.gif
I said Lockhart was the most annoying because he wouldn't leave Harry alone. The whole 'signed photos' thing makes him seem so ridiculous. Sometimes I wonder if he was that stupid on purpose...

I thought that Fawkes was most impressive, it was really cool to see him in action. Especially after Dumbledore had told us all of the really cool things that he could do.

Fudge annoyed me beyond belief, I mean he is generally a pretty unhappy guy, but the whining was way way out of control.

For once in my life, I am swimming with the squid squid.gif , running with the pack. Harry harry.gif really does impress me in this book. He has grown a lot since the previous year. Lockhart is a complete fool.gif / beatup.gif ninny. His one track mind was quite scarey actually.

fawkes is the man cause he totally destroyed the basilisk.

hermione almost didnt impress me cause shes always awesome; i put her anyway cause she pretty much single handedly found the monster and made polyjuice.

harry- esp movie harry- and i forget if he said it in the book- between his dumbly dorr loyalty and mr. malfoy being all "let's just hope mr. potter is always here to save the day" and hes like "dont worry i will be"- he was the biggest b.a. anywhere

myrtle and lockhart anoyed me because they are pesimistic and vain- 2 big pet peeves of mine.
