Leaky Lounge Spoiler Patrol We're trying our darndest to respect Jo's wishes and keep spoilers out of the public eye. To do so we've implemented two things. Jo's Army - While our forum mods generally moderate our forums, we've added a handy little feature for ALL of Leaky's staff groups. If a staff member runs across a spoiler, they can instantly make it invisible. Instead of having 50 mods looking for these things, we now have our massive Leaky staff of 200 + awesome people out there protecting our readers from spoilers. We want to honor Jo's wishes for a release date, and we will ban any member who post spoilers or links to spoilers. Thread approval - Starting this Friday (July 6th) all new threads on The Leaky Lounge will have to be approved by a mod before being made visible. This is not to stifle the discussion, but we're currently averaging over 200 new threads a day, many have been spoiler/foiler threads. To protect you guys, and to honor Jo's wishes, we'll be approving all new threads prior to making them visible. We're starting this on Friday to make sure that this weekend's HUGE EVENT (yep that was a tease, you'll hear more via email soon) will not get ruined by spoilers! This is only temporary, and will revert back to normal AFTER the Deathly Hallow release. You will see a little reminder box pop up when you've started a new thread to let you know that it will be viewed quickly and approved. Forum plans for DH release weekend - We will post our plans for the Deathly Hallows release during this weekend's Saturday event!
