I have a question that pertains to Deathly Hallows and Apparition :
If the Ministry can track Apparition than wouldn't the Death Eaters be able to know where Harry, Ron, and Hermione were even before the Taboo since the DEs controlled the Ministry.

Do you mean that the Ministry can trace Apparition? They can't. Remus tells us in chapter 11 of DH that it is impossible to track anyone who Apparates unless you grab hold of them as they disappear.
