The image that was used as the "Featured Fan Artist" Image
 Is by far one of my favorite images of cambryn's work. First off it's Ginny, and we all know that I am a HUGE fan of Ginny. Not only that but how she depicts Ginny is wonderful. I love the coloring with the bright hair with the more muted colors of the jacket and tree. I also love how she draws Ginny alone. So often we see Ginny as a sort of "accessory" for Harry, and here she is by herself. Pictures like this really make me wish I could draw! -------------------- |

Oh I've never seen that before! That is beautiful! I love the expression on her face, and the swirl of the birds and the spell together.
 Happy Birthday Hermione, and Cambryn you totally rock! I also had not seen the one of Bella, and I am amazed at how close it is to the one in my head! She got the heavy-lidded-once-beautiful-insolence down perfectly!

Like so many of the HP fan artists, cambryn loves to draw Tonks! This vision of the punky auror with her signature "bubblegum pink" hair is just delightful --

I love how Cambryn always comments on every little detail of the picture... even if it's really not relevant! Like in this pic http://fanart.the-leaky-cauldron.org/picture/view/3974 (sorry if that's bad but i'm new!)
Anyway in this pic she says "Harry's off in his bed eating a sandwich" She's a bit like JKR in this way... she knows exactly what all her characters do and think and feel. -------------------- ------

One thing that Cambryn excels at is her depiction of light and shadow in her pictures. This one in particular is noteworthy for that, plus her signature ability to capture expression and emotion in a single image --
