For the crocheters and knitters out there: A good source for re-purposed yarn is your closet and your local thrift store. Horrendous or ill-fitting sweaters (that were originally of good construction) can be unraveled and re-made into the fiber craft of your choice. Lighter yarns can often be re-dyed in your favorite house colors as well!
