Somebody opened the pen where I keep me magical creatures yesterday and let 'em escape! Will you help me find 'em and bring 'em back? thHagrid03emoticon.gif

You will? Aww, bless you! cry.gif

Well, let's see, I think I hear Buckbeak somewhere nearby. He always did like playin' with string, the rascal. Maybe tha' will help?

If you find him, please let me know right here where he is by pasting a link to the post. I've got these badges for the first person who can find me pets!

I'll let yer all know if I can think of where any other creatures might be, every hour until 5:00pm Eastern time. Keep an eye on this topic!

Another clue, eh? Well maybe somewhere that they like to use string to make things?

And Norbert got away too! Can you help me find him?

He's so hard to predict! I know he likes going into locked rooms....

Help me find 'im and bring 'im back!

Now I need to find my escaped garden gnome! Gnomes are tricky little creatures, good at hiding, but I know that they have a fondness for scraps of paper. Watch out when you find it--they're known to bite!

Mr. Hagrid, just a few questions . . . is it true that you have been illegally importing these creatures from New Zealand?

Also, how much Hogwarts' gold did you misappropriate for these unauthorized (but rather nice, imho) "Top Creature Catcher" badges? I had HEARD there had been another break-in at Gringotts . . . ponder.gif

*blushes* No, it's nothin' like tha'! I just found 'em behind my hut one day, and erm, decided to keep the lot of 'em.

And the badges were, err, a gift. A gift from Professor Dumbledore!

I'd like to point out, Professor, that I do not want to see any of your critter pets in my classroom. Please, do your utmost to catch all of them, before classes start again. No disturbance of my classes would be very much appreciated, thank you.

OUT, Peeves!

Great job, Sirius_Craic! Here's your badge for your excellent catch of that ferret!

We've only got one creature left ter find! This one though is the trickiest! It's a Cornish pixie, a devilishly crafty one too!

Now, I can tell you two things that might help yeh find the little guy. First is, pixies like messin' about with potions, so look fer a place tha' has lots of potions about. Second is, pixies like to see their own reflection, so they might be in a place with lots of mirrors, frames, or shiny portraits.

Tha's about all the help I can give yeh. Good luck!

Oooooh, why didn't you ask me to help. A quick gaze in the crystal orb and my inner eye will know where to find the poor lost creatures!

Sybil, Peeves cracked your crystal ball. Is that why you now have a black eye, or was it the kick from Buckbeak Weatherwings?

Belittling? Not at all. I have been told my classes could need a little more enthusiasm. So I've listened to the students. If I'm not mistaken, the students are using this expression to indicate that they are going to use something. My excuses, Professor Trillioney.

Yes, Dolores. Definitely... To find Mrs Norris you need to take a stroll in the Foirbidden Forest, I think, won't you do that? tongue.gif
