This month's Featured FanArtist tries her hand at most any artistic style: portrait, cartoon, chibi/anime, canon and fanon.
Not only tries, but excels!
For your perusal, the one and only --

Her grasp of so many different styles is amazing! Primarly using traditional media, CrystallineColey also dabbles in digital art.
No matter which, the images are incredible! This one of Draco and Pansy is a hybrid of both traditional and digital --

Here in the FanArt Gallery

You can find more of her wonderful art on http://crystallinecoley.deviantart.com/ and her artsite:

Take a look through her art and come back to tell us about your favourites. There is a whole lot to love in there! heart.gif

I really love all of the variety in her work! She has so many different characters that she draws, and she uses alot of different techniques and styles! This is the first time that I have ever seen any of her work and I really like it! smile.gif

Great stuff, Crysalline - thanks so much for sharing your talent! I really love the Silver and Opals picture - I love how you portrayed Hermione comforting Leanne, Ron has that deer in the headlights look . . and then you catch the horror on Hagrid's face! Well done!

I agree nddulac 'Silver and Opals' is wonderful and so is the First Quidditch Match.
But my favourite is Is Draco alive ?
I don't think I've seen any fanart about Narcissa asking Harry about Draco. And this is beautiful.

Here is that amazing image of Narcissa and Harry by CrystallineColey --

Here in the TLC FanArt Gallery

The expression on Cissy's face is so heart-felt and tragic. I really like her older Harry here, as well. Awesome work! clap.gif

One of my all-time favourite pictures by CrystallineColey is this one of Lily calling James an "arrogant toerag" while Snape looks on hopefully!

Here in the FanArt Gallery

Just absolutely perfect! clap.gif As usual, the artist's grasp of facial expression is spot-on!

I love the look on Vernon's face in this one from PS/SS at the very beginning of the story. lol.gif

You can just see the thoughts going through his head as he sees Professor McGonagall sitting on the pavement reading a map. smile.gif

I love this one! I laughed myself silly when I first saw it, the expression on Vernon's face is perfect! thumbup.gif This is actually incredibly close to how I picture Vernon when I read HP, so this pic has a special place in my heart.

Another one I truly adore is this one:

Here in our galleries.

Just the emotional content, so perfectly portrayed, is enough to make me love this pic, but I also love how Tonks and Lupin are drawn here. They are so very canon! Tonks' hair is perfectly spiky, and the wolfish quality Lupin has fits him so well.

CrystallineColey rocks! towel.gif

Nearly everyone I know LOVES the scene where Molly Weasley takes out Bellatrix in Deathly Hallows! bruce.gif The way CrystallineColey draws Molly is amazing!

Here in the FanArt Gallery

That green spell almost looks like sparks coming from her eyes, which Jo has mentioned about this wonderful, powerful witch many times. thumbup.gif
