I got this list from a poster on imdb (thanks cathycat790)
http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0330373/board/nest/30836631

my comments are in red.

This took me quiet a while to do. I read all the articles from http://www.madamscoop.org/ with Jo. I took notes in Microsoft Word and then I put it all together. I was even surprised with some of the information that is in these interviews! Please tell me if anything is wrong or anything that is missing that you know of. (Please provide link) Enjoy!

The Format in which this is done
* What we know of what’s to come in book 7 from interviews with Jo. (Notes from me) “Question from interviews. Answer from Jo.”

* Find out what Dudley does with his life. (I don’t know if this is already answered.) “I want to know what Dudley does with his life. That is a question I would love to answer, but it will ruin some surprises. I will only say that Dudley's privileged existence starts to change for the worse in Book 4.’

* A character will manage to do magic late in life. (Petunia?) “Will there be, or have there been, any "late blooming" students in the school who come into their magic potential as adults, rather than as children? No, is the answer. In my books, magic almost always shows itself in a person before age 11; however, there is a character who does manage in desperate circumstances to do magic quite late in life, but that is very rare in the world I am writing about.” “Is Aunt Petunia a Squib? Good question. No, she is not, but—[Laughter]. No, she is not a Squib. She is a Muggle, but—[Laughter]. You will have to read the other books. You might have got the impression that there is a little bit more to Aunt Petunia than meets the eye, and you will find out what it is. She is not a squib, although that is a very good guess. Oh, I am giving a lot away here. I am being shockingly indiscreet.”

* There will be deaths. “Rowling: As I imagine it, there will be seven years at wizard's school, then Harry is a fully qualified wizard and it is then that he's allowed to use magic outside school. So, you'll see him into his final year at Hogwarts. The final chapter of the seventh book is written. That's for my own satisfaction, so that I know where I'm going as I write the other books. And that last chapter deals with what happens to the survivors afterward. Because there will be deaths.”

* Harry will get back at Dudley. “Harry is very subversive in how he gets back at his terrible relatives. He's a fully developed character, not a victim or saint. Yes, he wants to get back at Dudley. He's a human boy, and we the readers want him to get back at Dudley. And, in the long term, trust me, he will.”

* We will see Mr. Weasley’s car again! (That is awesome!) “Will we ever hear from Mr. Weasley's car again? Yes, you will hear from Mr. Weasley's car again, but yet again, I'm not telling you how.”

* Hagrid is definitely in book 7. “Is [Hagrid] going to be in the rest of the books? Yes.”

* One of the Harry’s classmates is going to end up being a teacher at Hogwarts. And it’s NOT Harry, Ron, or Hermione. “We’re curious as to whether Harry is going to have a life after Hogwarts, or if maybe, Harry might be a Hogwarts teacher. Well, because all your kids said ‘hello’ so nicely in the background there, I am going to give you information I haven’t given anyone else and I will tell you that one of the characters, one of Harry’s classmates, though it’s not Harry himself, does end up a teacher at Hogwarts. But, it is not, maybe the one you think, hint, hint, hint. Yeah, one of them does end up staying at Hogwarts, but ---- Do the kids want to guess at it, Kathleen? Do you guys have a guess as to who it is? (Kids shouting in background) Ron. They say Ron. No, it’s not Ron. I can’t see Ron as a teacher. No way.” I'm guessing it's Neville

*We will find out something very important about Lily and it is very important in what Harry ends up having to do. “I was wondering Are we going to learn a lot about his mother? Yeah, you will. It’s --- yet again --- you won’t find out --- OK, in Book 3 you’re absolutely right. You find out a lot about Harry’s father. Now the important thing about Harry’s mother, the really, really significant thing, you’re going to find out in 2 parts. You’ll find out a lot more about her in Book 5, or you’ll find out something very significant about her in Book 5, then you’ll find out something incredibly important about her in Book 7. But I can’t tell you what those things are so I’m sorry, but yes, you will find out more about her because both of them are very important in what Harry ends up having to do.”

* Harry will not become an animagus. “Rowling: Harry will not train to be an animagus; his energies are going to be concentrated elsewhere and he's not going to have time to do that.”

* There is something important about at least one of the 12 uses of dragon’s blood. “What are the 12 uses for dragon's blood? I have a very good reason for not telling you -- the movie script writer wants me to give him that information for the film. But I can say that the 12th use is oven cleaner.”

* We will find out what James and Lily did for a living before they died. “What did the Potter parents do for a living before Voldemort killed them? I'm sorry to keep saying this, but I can't tell you because it's important to a later plot. But you will find out later!” “What did James and Lily Potter do when they were alive? Well, I can't go into too much detail, because you're going to find out in future books. But James inherited plenty of money, so he didn't need a well-paid profession. You'll find out more about both Harry's parents later.” I just always assumed James was an Auror but I guess I'm wrong

* Harry might time travel again. “Will Harry time-travel again? Not telling!”

* Harry might use magic on Dudley. “Did Harry ever use magic on Dudley in the real world? Not so far (hint).”

* Harry might get a new pet. “Could Harry have a pet dragon? You can't domesticate a dragon whatever Hagrid thinks. That's simply impossible. So no. He's got more sense. He might get a different pet at some point but I'm saying no more at this moment.”

* Might find out about Hogwart’s professors’ spouses. “Have any of the Hogwarts professors had spouses? Good question - yes, a few of them, but that information is sort of restricted - you'll find out why..” hmm.......

* Sounds like wormtail will repay Harry. “Will wormtail ever pay Harry back? You'll see... keep reading!” “Did the debt Wormtail has to Harry carry over to Voldemort when he sacrificed his arm to restore his body? No. Can't say any more than that!” I'm pretty sure Wormtail will some how end up saving Harry's life or be instrumental in defeating Voldemort, kinda like Gollum in the LotR

* We will see Krum again! “Will we be seeing Krum again any time soon? You will see Krum again, though not soon.” yay!

* We will find out what Dudley saw when he faced the Dementors. “What did Dudley see when he faced the Dementors in book five? Ah, good question. You'll find out!” Sounds like there's gonna be quite a bit involving the Dudley's in the next book

* We will see the two way mirror Sirius gave Harry and maybe Regulus Black (Sirius’s brother) has the other. “Will the two way mirror Sirius gave Harry ever show up again? Ooooo good question. There's your answer.” “And perhaps [Regulus Black], being Sirius’s brother, he had another mirror – [drums fingers on soda can] Does he have the other mirror, or Sirius’s mirror — I have no comment at all on that mirror. That mirror is not on the table. [Laughter from all; Jo's is maniacal.]”

* We will find out a “little bit more” about Harry’s grandparents. “What happened to Harry's grandparents? Will we ever learn about them? They're all dead and not particularly important to the story, although you will find out a little bit more.”

* Find out what happened to Sirius’ motorcycle. “Whatever happened to Sirius' flying motorbike? Ah, good question. You'll find out, but the real sleuths among you might be able to guess.” has anyone guessed this already? It's meant to be something that's guessable

* Harry gets a kiss or two. (A Dementor’s kiss?) “Will Harry be receiving a second kiss in his last two years at Hogwarts? wink.gif He might well be receiving another kiss (or two) but I'm not saying who the kisser's going to be...” Already answered by Ginny

* Might find out about Dumbledore’s scar. “How did Dumbledore get his scar in the London Underground? You may find out one day. I am very fond of that scar.”

* Lupin won’t kill Wormtail. “Rowling: Lupin won't kill Wormtail.”

* Find out more about Dumbledore’s trusting ways. “How can someone so - Intelligent - be so blind with regard to certain things? Well, there is information on that to come, in seven.”

* No more Quidditch matches. “Rowling: You know, that was the last Quidditch match. I knew as I wrote it that it was the last time I was going to be doing a Quidditch match.”

* We will see Umbridge again. “[Umbridge]'s still out and about in the world? She's still at the Ministry. Are we going to see more of her? [Jo nods.] You say that with an evil nod. Yeah, it's too much fun to torture her not to have another little bit more before I finish.”
The last word of the book is still star. “Is the last word of book seven still scar? At the moment. I wonder if it will remain that way.”

* The founders of the school are going to play ‘some’ role. “How much of a role are the founders going to play in book seven? Some, as you probably have guessed from the end of six.” the Horcruxes

* Might go back the veil room. “Are we going back to [the veil room], that locked room? No comment.”

* Might find out more about Dumbledore’s family (Aberforth?). “Dumbledore is unrivaled in his knowledge of magic – Mmhm. Where did he learn it all? I see him primarily as someone who would be self-taught. However, he in his time had access to superb teachers at Hogwarts, so he was educated in the same way that everyone else is educated. Dumbledore's family would be a profitable line of inquiry, more profitable than sweet wrappers. His family? Family, yes. Should we talk about that a little more? No. But you can! [Laughter.]” “Why is the barman of the Hog’s Head vaguely familiar to Harry? Is he Dumbledore’s brother?Ooh—you are getting good. Why do you think that it is Aberforth? [Audience member: Various clues. He smells of goats and he looks a bit like Dumbledore]. I was quite proud of that clue. That is all that I am going to say. [Laughter]. Well yes, obviously. I like the goat clue—I *beep* to myself about that one.”

* The gleam of triumph is ‘enormously significant’. “Does the gleam of triumph still have yet to make an appearance? That's still enormously significant. And let's face it, I haven’t told you that much is enormously significant, so you can let your imaginations run free there.”

* Book 7 has a big revelation. “We’ve been kind of waiting for the big revelation. Absolutely, that's for seven. That's for seven.”

* It’s possible there was someone else present at Godric’s Hollow the night Lily and James were killed. “Was there anyone else present in Godric’s Hollow the night Harry’s parents were killed? No comment.”

Also, some stuff from wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harry_Potter:_Book_Seven

QUOTE
Statements by the author about book seven

   * Rowling has revealed that she has already written the last chapter of the book, although she admitted she would probably have to change some of it. It will reveal what happens to the surviving characters after they leave Hogwarts.
   * The last word in the series is currently 'scar', though Rowling has conceded that this may change as she finishes the novel.
   * The plot of the seventh book will be very closely linked to its immediate predecessor, and in many ways it will form the second part of a two-part story begun in book six.
   * The Potters' profession is important to the plot, and there will be a huge revelation about Lily Potter.
   * It is very important that Harry has his mother's eyes, and that her wand was good for charms.
   * There will be no scene in which Harry or anyone else is playing Quidditch.
   * Rita Skeeter and Dolores Umbridge will both appear again.
   * Albus Dumbledore's brother Aberforth will probably appear; Rowling has confirmed that he's the barman of the Hog's Head. More about Dumbledore's background will be revealed.
   * The choice between what is right and what is easy will be a pillar of the plot in Harry's last two years at Hogwarts.
   * The author has refused to state whether anyone else was present at Godric's Hollow the night the Potters were killed, which is suggestive that that point has something going for it.
   * According to J.K. Rowling in the Cub Reporter Press conference following the release of the Half-Blood Prince, the Weasleys find themselves "in the firing line" as a direct result of their "blood-traitor" status.
   * Rowling has stated that revealing the form of Snape's boggart and patronus would give too much away. Readers will find out what they are, and it will be important.
   * As the final novel in the series, book seven will close some lines of speculation and provide answers to questions from the previous novels, including the following:
o The reason for Sirius Black's death. The magical mirrors that Sirius gave Harry will appear again.
o The reason for Dumbledore's "look of triumph" upon hearing that Voldemort used Harry's blood to resurrect himself. The fact that Voldemort's veins now contain Harry's blood will be significant.
o Exactly what Dudley Dursley saw when he encountered the Dementors.
o More information on the correspondence between Professor Dumbledore and Petunia Dursley before the death of Harry's parents.
o More information about the animosity between Sirius Black and Severus Snape.
o More information on exactly what spell Dumbledore tried to use on Voldemort at the Ministry in Order of the Phoenix
o More information about Harry's scar.

Outstanding questions in the series

   * Will Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry remain open, after the traumatic events portrayed in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince?
   * How much time will Harry, Ron, and Hermione spend at Hogwarts?
   * Who is the true identity of R.A.B?
   * What happened to Mr Ollivander?
   * Will Percy ever reconcile with his family?
   * How will the prophecy made by Sybill Trelawney in the Hog's Head play out?
   * What and where are the remaining Horcruxes?
   * Once the Horcruxes are destroyed, will Harry Potter survive his encounter with Voldemort?
   * Is Severus Snape good or evil? With whom, if anyone, is he aligned?
   * Are there any additional, important details surrounding deaths of Sirius Black and Professor Dumbledore?
   * What was Professor Dumbledore's reason for trusting Severus Snape?
   * In what way will Peter Pettigrew repay his life debt to Harry from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban?
   * Will Voldemort's having used Harry's blood to resurrect himself come back to haunt him, and if so, how?
   * Were Snape and Lily friends?
   * Did Snape secretly love Lily?
   * Will Ron and Hermione become involved in a romantic relationship?
   * Will Harry and Ginny become romantically involved again (after Voldemort is destroyed)?
   * Will Neville ever find out about the propehcy?
   * Will Voldemort ever learn the prophecy's full contents?
   * What does the future hold for the trio and their families?
   * If Voldemort is killed, how will it happen?
   * Will there be minor characters from the past to help Harry?
   * Will the magical community unite against the Death Eaters?
   * How will decent magicians and in particular, Harry cope without Dumbledore, who seemed so much more powerful than anyone else?
   * What is the nature of Harry's family history?
   * What is Aunt Petunia's real relationship to the wizarding world? What did she promise Dumbledore?
   * Will we see Aunt Marge again? Will she ever find out where Harry has really been going to school?
   * Is "love" really the power that will help Harry to defeat Voldemort?
   * Will Harry (or Voldemort) be able to get past Priori Incantatem?
   * Will Voldemort be once again human if all his Horcruxes are destroyed?
   * What will come of the Malfoy family?
   * What will become of Snape?
   * Is Sirius Black really dead?
   * Will we see a ghost Dumbledore?
   * What will be done with any surviving Death Eaters?
   * What will the post-Voldemort Wizarding world in general look/be like?
   * What will the post-Voldemort Britain/Hogwarts in particular look/be like?
   * What role will Dumbledore's portrait take?

Direct evidence in The Half-Blood Prince

The end of The Half-Blood Prince provides some clear indications that Book Seven may not centre on the established Hogwarts routine (Hogwarts Express, Sorting Hat, Quidditch, appointment of replacement teachers) in the same way that the previous books have: Hogwarts is closed indefinitely until its Board of Governors can make a decision regarding its future, and Harry tells Ron and Hermione that even if it does reopen, he does not intend to return, instead focusing on finding and destroying Voldemort's four remaining Horcruxes and ultimately challenging Voldemort himself. J. K. Rowling had said that each book is one of Harry's years "at Hogwarts." It is likely Harry will spend some time "at Hogwarts" during the book. The amount of time is not known.

A list of events that The Half-Blood Prince has strongly suggested what will take place in the 7th book, based on the immediate plans of Harry Potter and his close friends:

   * Harry stays with the Dursleys for a brief period of time, leaving them no later than his 17th birthday on July 31, when he comes of age in the wizarding world. (Hermione turned 17 in September during The Half-Blood Prince, and Ron turned 17 in March.)
   * Over the summer Harry, Ron, and Hermione attend the wedding of Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour.
   * On July 31, Harry will become eligible for a licence to Apparate. Ron will probably take the test with him, as he failed it the first time.
   * Harry, Ron, and Hermione visit Godric's Hollow, and the graves of Harry's parents.
   * Harry, Ron, and Hermione seek out, in order to destroy, the remaining Horcruxes of Lord Voldemort.
   * A final confrontation between Harry and Voldemort ensues.

In between, it seems most likely that Harry will discover the identity of R.A.B., who may have already destroyed one of the remaining Horcruxes, and may have one or more confrontations with Severus Snape, Draco Malfoy, Peter Pettigrew and Bellatrix Lestrange. There is some debate as to whether Snape betrayed Professor Dumbledore or followed his orders in the previous book — it is expected that the seventh book will reveal unambiguously which side Snape is truly on.

Peter Pettigrew is indebted to Harry Potter for saving his life by convincing Lupin and Sirius to send Peter to Azkaban rather than kill him in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Dumbledore told Harry that when a wizard is indebted to another, it creates a special bond between them; as such, Harry may be glad to have saved Pettigrew, who may help him in the seventh book (rather like Frodo is glad he spared Gollum's life at the end of The Lord of the Rings).

Bellatrix killed her cousin, Harry's godfather Sirius Black, and tortured the parents of Neville Longbottom; as a prominent minor villain in the series, it is likely that her fate will be revealed.
