In book 4 (Bloomsbury, p.332) Dobby tells Harry:

"Dobby likes Professor Dumbledore very much, sir, and is proud to keep his secrets for him".

Dumbledore being dead, could Dobby be a source of information for Harry and help him to solve some problems in book 7?

Tell me your opinion!

I think Dobby was simply referring to the secrets he has to keep as a servant of the school.  Any of Dumbledore's secrets Dobby knows about, I think, would pertain to the goings-on at the school.  I personally don't think Dobby will have any better knowledge than that in Book 7.  That is not to say that he won't be a help to Harry, but that he isn't a well of knowledge in terms of Dumbledore.

I was just thinking about the house elfs. And how they will pertain to the next book?
When you think about how many elfs are in the wizdering world. And how many people would let their elfs help with the fight.
Dobby would be the best person to lead the elfs. Dobby feels a great bond with Harry. So he would be happy to help in anything that harry would want done.
So this could be the secret the DD might have given dobby.

Just a thought

I don't think he'll reveal them -- he wouldn't betray DD, even in death.  Loyal house elves are... loyal.

but, in GOB, same conversation,

Dobby says that DD has given him permission to tell, but Dobby would be proud to keep his secrets?
would the situation the trio are now in, plus the loss of DD and the likelihood of LV returning (bad time for elves)

make dobby reveal what he knows?

Maybe he'll ask Harry for a job since Dumbledore is gone, and we can learn some of DD's secrets that way.

I am guessing that they house elves go to the current head master of Hogwarts, and that is how they are bound. Just as Kreacher was bound to the next member of the family, which was Serius. So Dobby would be keeping all of Hogwarts secrets.
