Supplies
Printer
Scissors or craft knife
Glue
Paper
Lightweight cardstock
Template
Click on the image for a full-sized picture.
Instructions
Print out the box template above and glue it onto lightweight cardstock.
Cut out along the outer bold lines, and fold along the inner bold lines.
Glue the tabs to inside of box.
