HOLY MOLY!
Those icons are fantastic *wow* I never though of my artwork as iconable before (I've tried and failed ) but these are all great. Awesome job with the transformative works there! Yay! (and just as a matter of note, if anyone ever wants to icon my artwork outside of this contest, I'm totally okay with it, you don't even need to ask. I consider icons transformative works in that I think the icon-artist makes a new piece of work using old work . . . so kinda like Andy Warhol Soup Can approach . . or something =P) |

these are all really great and i had a hard time picking (especially between numbers 1, 6 & 7) but in the end i voted for Niphai's winning icon

I loved loved looooved #10 as green is among my favourite colours and the shading & colouring of those implied leaves is just wonderful ... so yeah, in the end I ended up voting for that one. However, I also loved #1,2,5,6,7,8 & 9 which - once again - made it incredibly hard to vote for just one single icon ...

This was actually the first time I entered an icon, but I think I'm goint to participate more often. Ani_Bester, your art is truly amazing. There were so much beautiful stuff to chose from ;) I voted for number 5. I really like the crop and the text. It just fits in perfect. Also I really liked number 7! |
