I've been wondering what wacky names you could give an owl. I've already named my owl Armus, as in ExpelliARMUS [it wouldbe kinda weird havingan owl named Expelli] Tell me what you think!!!

I actually did name one of our kittens an HP name. I changed it from someting else even though i hate doing that. Now i have a little dark grey kitten named Severus. What can i say I'm a Snape fan.

We have 4 cats named after Harry Potter. We have a tortoise shell cat named Norbert who can be as mean as a Norwegian Ridgeback, a long haired orange cat we named Fluffy but with only 1 head and a giant fat gray lazy cat named Errol. Then about a year ago my sister asked me to "watch" her cat, but now say she can't take him back, so he lives with us. She hadn't really named him anything, so we named him Pig. And let me tell you the faces we got when we took him to the vet and they said "What's his name" and we said "Pig!" And they look at us like this: blink.gif and say "you named your cat Pig?" And my wife calmly says, "Well, it's short for Pigwidgeon."

I'll go you one better--I've got a person with the same name as an HP pet.

My aunt's maiden name was Cruikshanks, which is an older spelling of Crookshanks (and pronounced the same way). How about that?

I am getting a dog and and naming him prongs after james R.I.P James, Lily, DD, Remus, Tonks and the many other that died defending harry and all the other wizard against Voldy
