On February 3, 2007, the TLC FanArt Gallery opened it's virtual doors to welcome the unique and diverse Harry Potter Fan Art community! Please join us for a party celebrating it's First Anniversary and the magical world of Fan Art!
 Happy Birthday, TLC FanArt Gallery !!!!!     The FanArt Gallery has had it's share of growing pains, but now proudly hosts Potter-art from some 600 artists, in a wide range of styles, including sculpture and environmental art as well as traditional drawing and digital art.  From our very first Featured FanArtist Caladan to our latest, lberghol some of the finest artists in the Potter fandom have been spot-lighted and honoured.  So, grab a Butterbeer, and tell us what excites you about HP FanArt, and our Gallery. Who are your favourite artists, and what are some of their best works? What would you like to see more of? What fan art just sets your teeth on edge? Share your thoughts, and we'll keep the art and the Butterbeer flowing!

What excites me about the Leaky FA Gallery!? Just about everything! I love seeing all the different artists and they're styles. I don't think I can pick just one favourite. I love LeelaStarsky, caladan, reallycorking, Marta, makani and many others that I can't think of right now. My favourite works are also too numerous to count. I can't pick just one. So many of these artists are able to touch people on an emotional level with this beautiful expression of their love of HP. My hats off to all of you. You all rock my socks!

 the Fan Art Gallery! Fan art is one of my favorite things about the HP fandom. There are artists out there whose work I love and could just stare at for hours. I am a huge fan of Leela Starsky and really corking and so many others, but I have to say the artist that has so captured the vision I had of the characters is Marta (known in the FA Gallery as artdungeon). But the really wonderful thing is every time you go in there you find another artist whose work just makes you go "Whoa! That's amazing!"So "Happy Birthday Fan Art Gallery"!!!!!  We've had one amazing year and I look forward to many more.

If I could, I would spend all day browsing thru the FanArt Gallery!
As the other Gallery Girls have said, it's really hard to pick just one, because there are a lot of amazing and talented artist in the FA Gallery, going from funny stuff thru art that simply makes you cry because it's way to pretty and emotional. Everytime I find an artist or a drawing I like, I feel like i'm getting a Christmas present all over again!! dear FanArt Gallery!!!! May you have many more artist and lots more awesome in you!

Whoa is it already a year? I think this was the first place I uploaded my fan art! Congrats Leaky Fan Art Gallery and thanks for giving us fanartists all this platform. It's a great place to browse and find new artists. My favourites are still reallycorking, Makani, caladan, sullen-skrewt (or is it sulkyskrewt here), somelatevisitor and probably more I can't remember right now. *hugs all*
As a present I brought this exquisite Horned-Toad-and-Snargaluff pie (my dear friend Xeno's recipe) - enjoy! |

 I am amazed it has been a year! I remember when the FanArt Gallery was first opened, and the entire Saturday I spent browsing through it and finding one incredible work of art after another. It is so amazing to see so many different styles and mediums, all depicting the same world. To this day I still run into art that just makes me sit and stare. I the FanArt Gallery! My hat goes off to all the incredible artists showing their amazing work. Probably the most exciting thing about the TLC FanArt Gallery, for me, has been the opportunity to see such a diverse range of art, beyond that to be found on deviantART or LiveJournal. I knew about the really famous folks like Makani and art dungeon. But without the the TLC gallery, I doubt I would have ever found the likes of Viking Carrot or Potterartist. Here's to more art (with unicorns at 20 galleons the hair!)
