Last month, TLC first told you the DVD for <em>Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince </em>would be out in December. Tonight DVD times is reporting a firmer date for now:<strong> December 7, 2009</strong>. The film will be released on both DVD and Blu-Ray, with Amazon.com already providing an alert opportunity for fans on pre-orders.
