Good question! I think a lot of students Wont return
 because of DD death.all the students that are muggle born will,unless they tell there parents what is really going on.

Well Harry probably won't be in hogwarts - he said it in HBP. But I think he (and the others) will meet teachers from OotF. Hermione will go to school, i don't think that she won't be there. Her entire life is school

i think that it will be open and harry and freinds will go but will be alowed out at any time to hunt for hornexes orthings like that.i also think that the last battel will be there as it set a scean of all the remaning students fighting to save thye futer wizerding world .ther world.

Harry potter without Hogwarts?.....nahhh. That was the whole premise of the magical series, that Harry Potter was a wizard who went to a magical school. JKR had the whole series planned out way beforehand. We always assumed Hogwarts to be a constant, for a avery good reason. Thw whole point of having 7 books was one for each year at school. There has to be school otherwise there would be no 7th book. Very basic logic sometims solves the hardest puzzles....

I'm not sure about this. At the moment, I'm thinking that Hogwarts will still be open, but Harry won't be going there. Also, I may be going mad, I can't remember if this was a dream or not, but I'm sure I remember reading something in one of the books last night that made certain Harry wasn't going back to Hogwarts. It's so infuriating that I can't remember, but if I ever do find out it wasn't in a dream, then I'll post it here!

Hogwarts will have to open I just can not see a Harry Potter book without it. I do think there will be far less students and a lot more security. I think both muggle born and kids from wizarding families will return. I think the trio and Ginny will return for their 7th and 6th year I’m just not sure who or what will convince Harry to return. He did say that he would never return to Hogwarts but I just don’t see that happening.

Hogwarts will open again.
I think if it doesn't it would be like the wizarding world is giving to the power of Voldemort, and hopefully McGonagall will contiune on as headmisstress. The thing I'm not sure about is if the trio will return. --------------------  |

hogwarts will remain open but harry wont be there as a pupil he'll go there to hunt a horcrux and maybe gather other information. But I do see the final battle going down at hogwarts as it was considered home to both harry and voldie and harry without hogwarts somewhere in the story!!!!!! cant see it somehow

It will open again because Rowling said that there'll be a new D.A.D.A. teacher in book 7. Besides, where would all the house-elves go?
