In Jane Austen's Emma there is plenty of humour to be found, especially with characters such as Miss Bates and Mrs Elton.
In particular I always like reading Miss Bates' endless dialogues, especially when she frequently interrupts herself and then forgets her point. What humourous moments or quotes had you chuckling? Are there any characters you feel were simply there for comic relief?
