So, you have this wonderful project in mind, but you don't quite know HOW to do it exactly? Well, how about you post about it here and let others help you work out the details?

I found some great tutorial in here on how to sew/put your name on the back like it's on the actual costume, I already have the arm and leg pads and I found some brown fencing shoes that are similar.

but I'm stuck on two things:

- first, there seems to be two uniforms: one for the tryouts and one for the game. based on that I thought it would be cool to try to do both, but I can't figure out the structure of the "Try-outs" uniform. in it there is this grey underlaying clothing piece but I don't know if its a one piece or a two piece, and what exactly is it (like it looks like a Nascar uniform)

-2nd, i don;t know what fabric to use for both uniforms. the robes looks like some sort of plasticified cloth, like the one used for raincoats. but the pants? or in the try-out uniform, what material is the underlaying fabric?

Any and all help would be immensely appreciated. when I manage to finish I'll post the tutorial here[/b]


Hmmm, this is a toughy! This picture is the only one from the movie - the other two are from the video game, which is why it looks "plasticy". In the movie pictures it looks to me like Ginny is Wearing a dark grey jersey knit material. I can't tell whether it's a jumpsuit or a long sleeve shirt and pants, but if I were you I'd go with two pieces just for ease of use!
