There was an announcement on Chamber of News a couple of months ago stating that CoC
was having issues with Macintosh it's not your computer individually, it's all the Macs.. So you'll have to be patient until
they fix that problem. It was recommended that in the meantime you use Internet Explorer from 2001 I think.

The info available at CoC regarding the Mac problem is:

To all Macintosh users, Unfortunately, the latest release of the Shockwave plugin has a bug whereby data that contains special character ("#,&<^$$ etc) are not sent to databases correctly from Safari or Firefox. So, if you're on a Mac, and use Safari, and have downloaded the Shockwave plugin recently, you may be experiencing problems with login and saving your avatar information. We are trying to figure a way around this problem. In the meantime, you if you're unable to login you will unfortunately have to use "Internet Explorer" for the Mac. You can download IE for the Mac here: http://mac.oldapps.com/internet_explorer.php If you're on Safari and *can* login, you might want to avoid making any changes to your avatar for a few weeks. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Good luck with the work-around! smile.gif
