That's what it looks like and my printer is protesting.

ETA: Panic over, whew! Went and used Mr. Grumpy's cheesy little desktop printer and it came out perfect. High end laser must have been mad that I was printing out personal stuff at work...lol.

I'm really excited for all the programming, that I'm even considering being someone's chaperone so I can get into the youth programming, which looks as amazing as the normal one!!!!!!!!

Could someone clear up something about Saturday for me, please? The lunch break and the keynote luncheon are listed as being from 12 noon-2 pm, but on the afternoon schedule, programming begins at 1 pm. Is this correct? It's going to be hard to hear the keynote speaker if Wizard Rock is happening in the same function room at the same time. smile.gif

Thanks in advance.

I'm so excited to see this programming!
Two things:

1) Not to be a pest, but my last name is spelled wrong again on this schedule. I'm doing Hearing the Music in HP, and my last name is "Kolacki."
2) Are we going to be receiving descriptions of the talks/events? I know we had to submit little summaries, will we get to read them all before the con?

Most of the issues above are my bad. So your answers, in order:
On Saturday, I apparently did not send the correct version of the final schedule (we've gone through about five of them!) The Wizard Rock/ Keynote issue was discovered and fixed already, and the Wrock concert was moved back to accommodate for both. The concert will now begin around 2:00 and run until 6:00.
This sounds like it would then run over into our director's filming of We Are Wizards, but we have heard from the director that he will be able to attend on the day he had initially planned, so that viewing is canceled. We Are Wizards will only be screened once, on Friday.
We do not have a file to post of the summaries only, unfortunately. That is something that we would like to be able to do for the 2011 conference, but we closed our submissions a bit too late to be able to pull together those little extras this time.
Becky, I am truly sorry that I misspelled your name. It has been double-checked on all versions of the schedule, now, but I don't have the ability to change the one that is linked. sad.gif However, rest assured that it will be correct in the program book.

Thank you all for the extra sets of eyeballs! This goes to show you, kids: don't teach full time, take graduate school finals, and set up the schedule on the same day! You create your own "don't try this at home" story. ;)
See you all super-soon!!!!!!
