Can I get a Squee??

LeakyCon Registration is NOW OPEN!!!! Yes, now is the time to register for this once-in-a-lifetime event, sure to be the most fun you can have with your robes on!

The pricing schedule for LeakyCon is:
$165 until October 1, 2008 (so, like… register NOW!)
$180 until February 1, 2009
$199 after February 1, 2009

Once you’ve registered for the con, you’ll want a place to stay while in Boston! To reserve a room at the gorgeous Boston Park Plaza Hotel for only $189 a night for up to four guests per room, go to their site: Park Plaza Hotel Reservations Note: You will not be charged for your room at this time, you are just making a reservation!


So… we’ve got you registered for the conference, a place to crash… now let’s start planning the parties, programs, and events! Watch for news on our Calls for Proposals and start thinking about how you’d like to participate in the fun! I just reserved my room and the first set of parameters (in on the 19th, non-smoking, 2 beds) I searched with had no availability. So I changed my check in date and smoking preference and found a room. I imagine as we get closer some of those booked rooms may become available as people either pair up to room together or drop out for personal reasons.

This is a really good point. Sometimes as people find roommates, or change rooming plans, rooms may open up that might not of been open when you originally searched. Keep searching!!

Don't worry about it, MJ. I was curious and wondering - at the time - if I was going to be able to squeak my daughters reservation in before we hit capacity. I was able to do it, so I'm able to breathe now! 1000 will be a nice number! Hope we make it - a 1000 HP fans in one place sounds like nirvana for me. biggrin.gif

I am sorry if this is covered elsewhere. I registered and am now unable to go d/t medical reasons. Is there a way to transfer my registration or get a refund? My sister may be able to go in my place, but she doesn't want my keynote ticket.
