Here is a loverly thread where you can post your informal get together meetings and ideas. Want to sit and discuss Snape over a cocktail? Post your meeting here. Want to get a group together to go and visit Harvard Square? Post your meeting here. You'll want to let people know the general info; where you'll be meeting, what time, the topic or reason for getting together.
NOTE: Leakycon is not responsible for these informal meet-ups. If you decide to participate, it is at your own risk. Be careful about agreeing to meet with people you may have never met, and be sure to get your chaperone's approval if you are under 18. In other words, people, BE CAREFUL. Please.
PLEASE do not post phone numbers or emails in your post. Communication, RSVPs, etc., can be done via PM (and if you want that info in a PM, that's up to you. Just don't post it publically, please)
We'll also have, at the conference itself, a bulletin board where these informal meetings can be posted. It will be near the information desk.

Ah, you're right, I just read somewhere that the common room closes at 5 pm. That's a shame, it would've worked well! Anyway, I hope you get a place to use

I'm up for the 30+ thing! Is there an idea/plan for when and/or where?
I'm vending, so... after vending hours would be sweet for me:)
