From hearing Jo's interviews, I think it's highly likely that the two characters that she wasn't intending to die, but they did are, sadly, Fred and George Weasley. They're the only two characters that go together. And you can't kill one and spare the other! That's just wrong! My hope is that the one character who got the reprieve was Ron because Hermione would be utterly devastated if Ron died. She loves him.

I don't want Fred and George to die either. How about Percy Weasley and Lucius Malfoy? Percy could come to his senses and take on the DEs in an act of bravery ( after all he was in Gryffindor too), and die killing Lucius ( who had been released from Azkaban ). Afterwards, he too could be killed by one or another of the DEs. What about Ginny? She's close to Harry and Voltemort could use her as a hostage or a decoy to get Harry. It would make sense in a twisted sort of way. I really hope Fred and George won't die!
 Maybe Molly or Aurthor will sense there both in the Order.

I hope all the Weasley's are safe. They are like Harry's family. I hope Percy redeems himself somehow. It's sad when you argue with family. I hope Fred and George are o.k and don't lose the ability to create laughter after the war.

i think sadly that the two carictors who will die will be Ron and Ginny both weasleys. I wish no one would die in the book but they have two and this would make the most scence. Ginny sacraficing herself for Harry would protect him from LV. And Ron would most likly die for harmoine alowing her to live with the love protection. I hope this isnt true but it does make scence i doubt JKR would kill Fred and Gorge because they would die for nothing thier deaths would have no significance besides they die. This way the two charrictors die for a reason and save others in doing so. this way had to happen.

I think the saddest thing would be for one of the twins to die
. I would rather that they both die instead of just one. Sadly, I think that's what will happen.I don't think Ron or Ginny will die. Ron has to end up with Hermione, and Ginny has to end up with Harry. I wish she'd kill off Percy, but I think he'll stick around and be just as much of a prick as ever! -------------------- "Look....at...me."

I thought that one of the twins was going to be a goner in HBP, Mobaby, and it seems to me that they could still be on the list. I think it might only be one of them, though, since they have always had each other, and it might be time for one to live life on his own. Perhaps one sacrifices himself for the other.
