Naming Pets After HP Characters?

I just hope that I am not the only one that does that. I love to name my pets after HP characters.

So far I have:

Mr.Ollivander- Budgie( Many people call them parakeets.)
Yaxley- Another budgie.
Phineas Nigellus Black- And yet another budgie(RIP)

I have a Frodo too. He is a green-cheeked conure. I also have a Dallas Winston "Dally"(from The Outsiders). She is a vizsla(yeah I know, Dally is suppose to be a boy.)

Here are some pictures:

Ollivander is green and Yaxley is blue/grey.

Dally.

Frodo (Picture was for a Photo Contest. I do not let him play with rings.)

Phineas Nigellus Black.

So does anyone else name their pets after HP characters or any other book/movie characters?

I have a cat named Lily James. We thought he was a girl so we named him Lily but after a trip to the vet, we found out he was a boy. (He was really young and a stray) So, we tagged on James. I have a tabby cat whose name is actually Harley but we often call him Mr. McGonnegal. We used to have a cat named Potter.

That is so funny! We just got a kitten and I have been trying to get everyone to call her Luna! I have almost won...She is black with a white belly and paws so it looks like moonlight...and she is silly and I swear never blinks!

A close friend of the family has a dog who she named Dobby..
So I told my mom to name her new puppy kreacher, but she was afraid that that would look stupid when they were walking...

I'm gonna get a snake hopefully soon, after vacation, most likely a ball python but if i can find something I haven't had before like a Children's python, it'll be named Nagini. (she was portrayed as a python in the movies lol)

Our elementary school library has a hedgehog named Luna. The kids got to vote on a few different names from children's literature and that is what they chose!
