I can't believe it, yesterday I was here, jealously watching and commenting everything of the London Premiere, and today there was a miracle!!!
At 6:30 pm, somebody called me and told me he's got a ticket for the Premiere for me. I have to say I work in a broadcasting company, so yes, it is a miracle, but there's a kind of logic, still.
So I had to immediately leave my office and take a cab to arrive on time, without actually understanding what was happening to me.
The Premiere was in a cinema on the Champs Elysees and there was all these fans with cameras and things to sign. Obviously, I had nothing - I never expected I'd be there tonight!!!
I started to queue, and at some point I saw that my ticket was slightly different than the other ones. When somebody from the staff noticed it, he told me to go out of the queue and to enter directly in the cinema.
When I got in, most of the seats were still free and I could sit in the very first row and watch on the big screen the arrival of the guests and then the arrival of Rupert, Emma and David Yates.
Rupert and Emma started signing autographs.

Someone already noticed it yesterday: Emma is just running to sign autographs from one fan to another! Very impressive. Rupert was quiter... But Emma stole a pen in the end!!! biggrin.gif

Then they came in the theater, and guys... they were standing there, with David Yates, 1m50 away from me, in front of my seat, with nothing and no one between us. Shock.

Emma is thinner than on the pictures and quite tall. It's weird: she had these very sexy shoes and her legs were wonderful (NB: I'm a girl, no vice here smile.gif ), but she still has the whole attitude and somehow the face of a very very young girl. She's smiling all the time, and when people are a bit less watching her, she doesn't stand upright. It's very sweet.
She actually speaks french!! She told us that she was born in Paris and loves our city, and that she's very excited about the movie and hopes we'll enjoy it.
She's got a pretty good accent, but she translated "excited" a bit too litteraly by saying "je suis très excitée"... which does mean I'm very excited in French, but it's usually used for a certain particular type of excitement wolf.gif Two young boys next to me giggled closedeyes.gif ah, those youngsters...

Rupert looked quite shy: he said something like three sentences: "I don't really speak french neither [Yates said he doesn't]. Er... I hope you'll enjoy the movie and... er...well... it's a good one!" And that's all!

That's basically it - it lasted like 10 minutes, then they left.
Then I watched the movie, but that's for another topic wizard.gif

The only “bad” thing about the premiere was that I couldn’t take any autographs (I was already in my seat in the theater when the actors arrived) and of course no pictures! Even the cell phones were forbidden. So it will just live in my mind... and on the journalists reviews!

I hope she doesn't mind I'm copying it here!!! (BTW, she has the best Personal Photo ever)

You got to see the movie?! And sat in first row, or near the front?! eek.gif LUCKY!

Too bad you didn't get autographs...if I were you, I would have stolen a paper and a pen from someone and thrust it upon their faces as they stood there in front of you! lol.gif

biggrin.gif I don't know if "first row" is the right word - I want to say that I saw sitting in the very front, with no one in front of me (except Emma, Rupert, Yates and a cheesy commentator saying "please welcome two of Hogwarts' best students" - Ron Weasley would be pleased to hear that).

Yes, jumping on them and force them to sign me an autograph could have been very easy! When I say there were 1m50 between us, it's not an exaggeration: I really measured it at the end of the movie biggrin.gif

But... it's weird, but they were so close that they looked somehow too real. I could see Emma's make up was a bit too thick (because of the photo shootings, of course), Rupert incapable to stay without moving for more than 2 seconds, etc. I thought, "oh my... that's just too young teenagers standing there. Must be very weird". They were just looking extremely normal (and a bit nervous) - and that was really interesting to experience.

That's an awesome ticket! I love how it says 'We must NOT be detected', to warn of not taking mobile phones. grin.gif

You guys are a bunch of lucky people in this thread! *So jealous*

A colleague: as i said, I work for a broadcasting company and we always receive some tickets for the premieres. The difficulty is to get one before the others!
I guess Daniel comes only for the most important premieres? I know that for the belgium one, there will be "only" Matthew Lewis and James & Oliver Phelps.
