And what can be better as a HP-party, a cool costume allowing you to be your favourite character for one night and a house decorated as magnificently as the Great Hall? Or can it? How do you usually celebrate Halloween? How much "Potter-taste" do you add to your celebrations? What's your favourite HP thing to do on Halloween night - dress up as a character, have a Potter-themed party, something else? Why? Which character are you going to dress up as? Why have you picked that particular one? If you're planning on dressing up, maybe you've got some cool costume ideas that you'd like to share with others? If you're having trouble with your costume, feel free to ask for help here as well. Because you're extremely famous of course Ron We don't celebrate Halloween much in our house. Harry doesn't like the associations and besides everywhere we go there are so many people dressed as 'the boy who lived' ... all those clones get a bit much But we do make sure to play one huge prank on George in Fred's memory.

Muffin Mistress Posts: 2,284 Joined: 10:42pm March 8, 2008 Location: RG Cookie Factory - reciting: "Oven at 350 F is too warm to touch with bare hands"	For the first time in my life, I'll be participating in something "halloween'ish": Being on Leaky! - checking out what's going on in here - eating Treacle Tart (Just copied the receipe and will create a gluten- and sugar-free version) with LOTS of whipped cream MWOhahahaha (take that! Dietist!) I haven't been to a costume-party since 4. grade - we have "Fastelavn" in february, ending the fast (no idea why anyone would fast) of some kind! None of my friends or family and only one single friend of my daughter's are HP-fans, so I will properbly never need a costume, unless ... Saving money for traveling to a HP-event? Have started, need plan, head spinning, - brain (ups, I got one! - once) shutting down ... need bed! Want to be back tomorrow (in 4 hours it's sunday here) mumbling: "see ya, Peevesey" and - "Snape, dear, I'll give you a kiss in the morning" - properbly in fever again by the sound of that!!! -------------------- Follow the Lily and Stag on twitter, too! I will probably just read Harry Potter and watch the movies like normal. I am to old to trick or treat my mom says so i will be passing candy out while reading HP instead and stealing some of my little brother & sister's candy when they go to bed.
