As we now have a few suggestions for which book we should read in March we're starting a poll to decide. Please select from the list above. We'll leave this open for the next couple of weeks and then close it and announce the winner so that everyone has time to get reading before we open.

I'm gonna have to go with Wuthering Heights because it was in Twilight, and I have been wanting to read it ever since I heard about it.
I saw the book in one of my classrooms, and I never had a good reason to read it, so now I will have a good reason! -------------------- ![]() ![]() |

Wuthering Heights is good, but it's hard to get through... it's a lot of worthless drama and craziness that I think is a bit of a waste of time...

Personally I voted for Wuthering Heights because I thought it was a fantastic book and I would love to chat about it.

^^Exactly! It's been one of my favourites for years now and I would love to get other peoples insight into what it means to them. A beautiful and haunting story. It's hard not to love it.

I've tried reading Wuthering Heights before but it just doesn't compute with me. My friend insists that I read it and says it's a wonderful book and it probably is to a lot of people but for some reason I just don't get it. I don't get what's going on it and the writing just doesn't suck me up.

How many wizards does it take to change a light bulb? If Harry and Ron had let Hermione be killed by a troll or never made her cry at all, would they ever have figured anything out? |

I voted for Hamlet, because even though it's a tragedy, there are so many things that could be discussed. Shakespeare's like that.

I voted for Hamlet, as it's one of those plays that you get something new and mind-bogglingly interesting out of it every time you read it. Lots of

I voted for I Capture the Castle because I've never heard of it and probably won't read it soon if we don't discuss it here. I also really like the title and it sounds very intriguing. I'll be reading Catcher in the Rye and I think Hamlet at some point soon in school and I've already read and loved Clockwork. Even if we don't read that with the book club I command everyone to read it at some point!

I tried getting Clockwork the other day at the bookstore, and it was a special order item. I'm going to check it out on Amazon because at least they will deliver it to my door!
I loved Wuthering Heights in high school and it was required reading for me at that time. Now that I'm (much I've voted for this once before, but I'm choosing "I Capture the Castle" this time around. I read it a few years ago and would like to read it again to discuss it in depth. It was written by the author of "The 101 Dalmations", just to give you a reference point, but the stories are entirely different. -------------------- Avatar made with Poser 6 and Photoshop Elements
