A year ago we asked you who you think is the most powerful wizard. 12 months down the line, we're now asking you to choose one wizard from the top six (those with the most votes so far).
Of these six wizards, which do you think is the most powerful, and why? How do you define power? Magical ability, strength of character, numbers of supporters?

I picked Dumbledore because he managed to defeat The Elder Wand in a Duel which is probably the first time that happened!
He managed to predict everything that would happen in the Plot (Ron wanting to come back, Harry's willingness to die, even Wormtail's final act!)
And just because Albus didn't use Dark Magic certainly didn't mean he didn't know how to do it! He can understand Parseltongue even though he is not a Parselmouth himself.

Harry is sure a good wizard, doing magic above his age (Patronus) and is resistent to the Imperius Curse and Veela.

We do not know how powerful Merlin is in the HP world. The same for GG

Snape had a powerful part to play but wasn't particulary powerful compared to Dumbledore or Voldemort.

Voldemort was a powerful wizard but he was mainly just cautious, making Horcruxes (not only one but 7). But he was beat at every point by Harry and Dumbledore.
