The Prophecy ..., This what Jo meant by worded carefully?

LOL) -------------------- Supporter of S.U.L.F.E.T. (Snape's Unrequited Love For Evans Theory) Sirius Black: Confronted Death. Overcame Insanity. Escaped Azkaban. Evaded Dementors. Outwitted Ministry. ...Killed by drapery.

DD even asked Harry something like, "Do you really think that all those prophesies in the Hall of Prophesies ended up happening?" He sounded like this was something Harry should have already thought of, and was frustrated that Harry was sticking to interpreting the prophesy literally. :headdesk: I do think, for various reasons, that Snape will be the one to actually kill LV. The prophesy was said, as we saw it, with lots of "..." between phrases. They may not have been related, one to the other. I think Snape has power the Dark Lord knows not, because DD may be in Snape in some way. Also, that may be how LV marked Snape as his equal - he certainly knew about the Unbreakable Vow with Narcissa, allowed it to go on, and by Snape killing DD, it may have given Snape access to some of DD's powers. -------------------- The oceans will live forever.

Monster Book Stacker Posts: 386 Joined: 4:26pm August 13, 2005 Location: in the pillar of storge	could LV mark snape as his equal with the dark mark? then all the other DEs would be marked as equal aswel.. i think snape is the OTHER. so that "neither can live while the OHER survives" means "harry or LV cant live while the other (snape) survives. this means that snape is a threat to BOTH. and that he is on no ones side. i know many people dont agree, but some do!

You reminded me what I originally thought that it is how much value a person puts in the prophecy that makes it important and not the prophecy itself. I’m thinking what will happen to LV is that he will become a ghost. The Bloody Baron seems to be a clue about something…anyway Headless Nick told Harry that he feared death and that is why he became a ghost. Professional Diagon Alley Window Shopper Posts: 66 Joined: 9:53pm September 3, 2005	i think the prophecy means harry. i mean i get what your saying about the "mark as equal" stuff, but didnt DD say that the death eaters were followers? followers aren't equal. and about lily and james evaded lv 3 times, just because jk didnt write it it doesnt mean it didnt happen, the books are only so long, they cannot include every single explantion or reason or detail of something. -------------------- sometimes when your different, you just need a different song

Snapes dad was a muggle so i don't think he defied voldermort either.
