Do you have any yummy, vegetarian recipes? Post them here.
I make this one almost every night: brussel sprouts (a bunch of them) spinach mushrooms (any type will do) any other veggies you like Cut the brussel sprouts in half. Put in pot with butter and olive oil to coat. Put on medium-low heat until tender (If cook for too long they will become bitter). Add spinach and mushrooms until heated. Add salt and pepper to taste while still heating. Easy. Really no measurements. You can make a small pot or a huge amount. This was an easy way to get myself to eat more vegetables.
