Snape, clearly as this book proves, is VERY GOOD at Potions. He is a master at it. He is the Potions Master at Hogwarts. Why then, does he persistently try to become the DA teacher??
I don't know the answer, I am just curious. You'd think that you'd take something you are really good at and want to teach that subject. Plus, if DD really trusts him, why then does he keep denying Snape the role? Why can he trust Snape with his life but not the job of DADA teacher, until this book? Or is he afraid that the same fate of all teachers would have fallen to Snape?? After all, Snape too was DADA teacher for exactly one year (since he is now in hiding with Draco) Just wondering.... |
