Snape's spare time, What does Snape do in his spare time? |

While re-reading HBP I wondered: what does Snape do in his spare time? JKR doesn't really give us much information here. In HBP Snape shows Bellatrix and Narcissa into a room full of books, but we're told that it looks unused. He's obviously clever, and must read the latest potions and DADA books to remain an expert on both, but this wouldn't fill a whole summer. OK so in HBP and OOTP his summer is probably filled with spying on Voldemort, but before that, in the first four books what does he do in his spare time? I can imagine Mc Gonagall or Dumbledore spending time with family and friends, but Snape doesn't seem to have any of those. And neither would he really like exploring interesting places, like when the Weasleys go to visit the pyramids. So does anyone have any ideas on Snape's hobbies?!
