One of the hardest-working HP fan artists out there is this month's Featured FanArtist.
For your consideration (the envelope, please) --   I say hard-working, as Thanfiction has some 115 image in the FanArt Gallery (and adding more every week) PLUS he is an author of HP fan fiction, including novel-length stories. I love these featured FanArtist threads! The artists always have amazing work, and Thanfiction has ALOT of art! So awesome! Some of my favorites are:
 here in the galleries That isn't how I pictured Dumbledore but he is so amazingly well done! The detail is awesome (his hair is so fantastic!!!) This is my favorite of all of Thanfictions art because I haven't seen anything like this! I also love the colors. The blues are so cool and soft. Simply amazing.   here in the galleries I  Neville and this picture is awesome! He looks so manly and grown up and Hannah is drawn well! I never really had an image of her in my head and the way she is drawn makes her look really sweet! This piece makes me really happy that they got married because they look so awesome together!Thanfiction has SOOO many more pieces of art, and they are all really awesome! Anyone else have any favorites? I have more, so I will be back!!!

I love the Dumbledore's Army piece shown in the first post. I like that Thanfiction added the signatures.
He has such great work it's hard picking a favorite, but I think I might have to go with this image  Here in the Galleries I love the light coloring of it. I really feel the Creeviness of it. It's hard to say which is my favorite. I think this painting of Kingsley Shacklebolt is just breathtaking. But I also love this drawing of one of my favorite moments from the the entire Harry Potter series. So much detail!

First of all, I really want to say thank you to everyone at TLC and the fanart galleries for picking me to be this month's artist! I actually emailed Hagiographer back when she sent me the notification in mid-January, asking her if it had been some kind of mistake, because I couldn't fathom that someone who had been in the fandom less than a year, who did so much of his stuff to illustrate his own sprawling ficverse, and whose style and media were as inconsistent as a Metamorphmagi's hair color could ever have been ranked among the likes of leelastarsky and the other astonishing featured artists on this forum...especially as I consider myself more of a fan writer than fan artist.
But that's more than enough looking gift Hippogriffs in the mouth. Thank you, thank you, and did I mention thank you again? I'll be uploading some more stuff as soon as I can figure out what idiot thing I'm doing that's stopping me from successfully logging in.  |

I love the detail on this drawing of the Burrow. You can see the original building on the bottom left and all the magical alterations the Weasleys made when they moved in.
Also I think this one of the Trio as their first and seventh year selves is adorable.
