My friend recently asked me how the Harry Potter books were and I told her that they were great and I loved them. Well that weekend she decided to have her grandma take her to get some of the first book but when she went into books-a-million and picked up her HP book her grandma said "Satan's in those books!!" Then she started screaming it!! Well someone told her to come be quiet and My friend ( payton ) left for a while. When she came back her grandma was quoting bible scriptures TO THE HP BOOK THEMSELVES!!! Well the grandma said that she had a girl that went to her church start reading the hp books and started wearing dark makeup and clothes and when she asked the girl what had gotten into her she said that Satan was in her and Harry Potter told her so!!! Well my friend still got to books from the store but they were books about God and she's not even super religious it was so funny when I heard about it. She's probably gonna go back soon with her mom instead and get the books

Insane...
Well.. my moment would have been winning tickets to the Dutch poA premiere and then being charged by these dutch 'celebrities' if I knew any cast members.. they refused to believe that I didnt (British accent), and they kept asking about Emma Watson...! Then this november I was walking int he mall and these people came after me asking for a signature! They thought i was related to emma! And i in no way look as gorgeous as she does. And for the past 4 months I've been called 'Hermione' either by accident, or confusion about... 3 times a day? -------------------- *Sometimes the most important questions are the ones we decide not to ask* |

When I was in 3rd grade had this really bad dream. The dream started out that I was in a garden, and the death eaters were coming towards me,harry,ron,and someother lady,Idon't rember. We ran behind this hedge and these demtors came out and I think I ask Harry what was behind a demtors cloak. And then I woke up like schocked. Really starge. This was for the Harry Potter POA.

I was walking around in Barnes & Noble and this lady comes up and asks if she could take a picture of me and her kid, because I look just like Dan Radcliffe and how her kid just loves Harry Potter. That was a strange moment for me.

I was wearing my gryffindor scarf at school, and this guy randomly came up to me, and said "Snape killed Dumbledore!" and I said "Duh." and walked away. But it was really wierd.

Hey Snuffs that was really weird!! I am all better and ready to get started on quidditch practice!! Let's go peevsie pelters! Since I am an Adult age I don't have anyone but my son and other kids his age who are into Harry Potter. I know better than to mention HP too much here in NC. (southern state). I could have really use "Occulmency" lessons this week. Had a great week for a terrible reason. Oh well I guess that is life. See you soon for quidditch.

Mine happened only a couple of days ago. Here I was going to this interview for a new job and guess who I ran into? That's right Dolores Jane Umbridge. Short, LARGE, and dressed in bright pink. With rings on her fat fingers and all.
I walk in and she began looking at the papers I was supposed to bring and then she began scribbling like mad I swear. Then I said something like "please don't write on that pa..." and she looked up at me with a stupid smile and a tiny little voice and said "I know what I'm doing after all i've been doing it for years so unless you know a better way, please don't interrupt me" And so the attitude continued until the session ended. This was too good a chance so I took a picture of her with my cell phone while she wasn't looking. The good news is that I passed the exam, so I get to rub it in her face. Hmmm......... haven't had many weird HP moments, but while I was in line waiting for the theater to open for GoF, this girl around maybe 13 or 14 kept looking at me with a big smile on her face. She did it a few times, but I couldn't figure out why. Finally, she came up to me, seeing the GoF book in my hands, and said, "Is that the UK edition?" (I live in the US). I said that it was and she said that she'd never seen one in person before and asked if she could hold it for a sec. I said sure, then she gave it back, said thanks, and left. I could tell that she'd been bursting to ask me this for a while, so it was kind of funny.

Check this out, I was at the mall one day and was walking down the hallway and heard someone scream behind. Of course, I turned my head to see what it was all about and I had three 12 year old girls running towards me. They pulled out pens and asked me to sign their book. I was shell-shocked and asked them why. They all just looked at me like I was crazy and told me their favorite parts of the book. And that I belonged with HP. Then I was really weirded out and just asked what the heck they where talking about. They claimed to think that I was Ginny Weasley. Have they ever even seen the movie????????? I look nothing like her except the reddish hair. And barely even that. I had to show them an ID just to prove that I wasn't because they wouldn't leave me alone.
I was freaked out for days. And this happened in Montana. What would the Weasleys be doing in rathole Montana????? Bunch of weirdos if you ask me. -------------------- "It's okay Ginny, don't cry. We'll send you a Hogwart's toliet seat." said the Weasley twins.
