Just how big is that Wardrobe?, How has Narnia crept out of the books and into our popular culture? |

While Googling I came across this German heavy metal band called Narnia sooooo I looked for a clip of them playing too - no explanation of why they're called Narnia though.
Also this witch and her lion going shopping for furniture of some kind lol. If I remember well, in Sabrina the Teenage Witch they used the laundry closet as a portal to the other realm. It was really funny when in one episode from the first season, Jenny walked into it and ended up in limbo. After her adventure she told Sabrina something along the lines of: "I had the weirdest of dreams, it was like being in the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe".

I just stumble across an interesting fact for all you fans of the TV show LOST.
from Wikipedia QUOTE Charlotte Staples Lewis is a reference to the British writer and scholar, Clive Staples Lewis. Lewis is most famous for his works on medieval literature, Christian apologetics, literary criticism, and in fantasy literature (The Chronicles of Narnia). Both C.S. Lewises attended Oxford University. -------------------- ![]() siggy & avatar by theonlysong |

This is a little too large to post and reducing its size would probably make the text too small to read so I'm afraid a link will have to do.
It made me laugh when I think of some of the criticism/comments regarding not only Harry Potter but also one of the Book Club's previous subjects, His Dark Materials, and the current series, Narnia and this hits all three -------------------- ![]() March's Book Nook: The Little White Horse by Elizabeth Goudge/Skellig by David Almond "THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE DIED!" roared Black. And, of course, we must add another of the ubiquitous lolcat variety.
