Ok, so I was talking to my friend last night and we were discussing which characters in the Harry Potter series we were most like. I’ve always considered myself a female Lupin but after hearing my friend’s commentary, I realized I am much more like Sirius. I personally think of myself of a mix between both Lupin and Sirius with my personality being a lot more like Sirius. I had a close group of four friends in high school, we were inseparable. We got into trouble together and we never sold each other out, if one of us went down, we all went down. Plus, I do tend to run into situations before thinking, I'm passionate, I put my friends above all in my life, and I can have a temper when things/people I believe in or care about are on the table being discussed or threatened.
So I’m curious what characters are you guys most like and Why? -------------------- R.I.P Snape
R.I.P Lupin I lost my two favorite characters, but Neville did get his moment to shine, in JKR I trust. "I might be able to hold Snape off for a while, I'm no match for him really" Ralph Fiennes is a brilliant Lord Voldemort!!! |

Interesting question! I'd say I was like different characters at different times in my life. When I was a child I was a bit of a Hermione...a bookish, overachiever with a propensity for bossiness

I'd say I am like Hermione. I'm not all that bossy but I am set in doing things my own way. I am often reading, and I am a teachers pet. I also tend to get along with boys at least as easily as I get along with other girls.
I also have very bushy hair. |

Well let me see..... I have dark hair that will not behave due to cowlicks, glasses, a lightning bolt shaped scar (no, honestly, it's conspicuous and on my hand), dad is dead, mom probably is too. I was raised by relatives determined to stamp all traces of my father out of me...... let me think...... who might I resemble...... hmmmmm.........

Well...most quizzes give me the result of Ron. Let's see. I don't have red hair nor am I male, but I think I am most like him of all the characters. I am a middle child. Ron's not a true middle child, but he does have older and younger siblings. He's got that middle child syndrome if you will. I'm insecure like him, most definitely. I'm into sports and if I was a witch I'd probably be into Quidditch (I say probaby because I live in the US and according to Rowling Quidditch is not as popular over here). I won't say I'm lazy nor that Ron is, but that once I got senioritis in high school it carried on to college. I think that if it existed in the wizarding world Ron probably had it or would get it. Oh, yeah, I do hate to clean up my room and have had some pretty funny exchanges with my mom over it (no cussing though!).
I do think that I am more of the sidekick than the hero and that's OK, because sometimes sidekicks can have very heroic moments. This post has been edited by blue4t: Sep 10 2007, 10:51 PM -------------------- ![]() Win-gar-dium Levi-o-sa Ron Weasley: He Does it Anyway. |

I'd say I'm a cross between Lupin and Harry.

I think I would be a cross between Arabella Figg and Pomona Sprout. They are both totally batty and unhinged in their own ways and have terrible dress sense. But I have Professor Snape's hair (only brown) - it must be time to visit the hairdresser again.

I was wondering who I resembled, but then I realised that it's Molly (thanks Mrs Puckle for reminding me of her) with some Hermione-y attitudes towards rule breaking. I really really hate breaking rules even mionorly (so yes, I drive very strictly to the road limit ... I'm such a nerd) I love and nurture my kids but keep a pretty firm disciplinary grip on them, much like Molly. However, I do try to encourage my kids to be themselves ... so if any of mine decide to create WWW I'd help them as best I could rather than try to thwart them. Other than those 2 facets I'd say I'm pretty much like Molly. Bless her, maybe that's why I like her so much

in a way im a bit like arthur weasley, i have a deep interest in things that most people concider to be pointless pieces of junk
infact i have almost every character trait of the weasley family. (that is easily my favourite emoticon) -------------------- Protest is when I say this does not please me. Resistance is when I ensure what does not please me occurs no more |
