Hi everyone bye.gif

This is a great idea for a thread, thanks for starting it, ECDWL'r. thumbup.gif

This is just a quick modly note to let you all know that this thread has been moved over from Butterbeer Banter, as we thought it would be more at home here. smile.gif

Also, could I please ask you all to include your reasons for what countries you would choose to live in if you could, as simply listing them isn't really going to create much discussion, and that's what we're all about after all. smile.gif

Happy posting type.gif

I'm from the Philippines, but I can't wait to go somewhere else (not that I don't like it here. It's still home.)

UK
USA
France
Italy
--anything European--
Reason: They all seem/sound interesting to me. Europe is beautiful, they say. smile.gif

OMG! ohmy.gif i'm from the Philippines, too!

anyway, i would certainly like to live in Scotland i find the accent really cool! lol.gif plus the pictures i've seen of edinburgh looks really amazing. i actually became interested in Scotland ever since i've read the OUTLANDER series of Diana Gabaldon.

another country i've wanted to live in or even just visit would be Maldives or probably anywhere in the Caribbean. Maldives, obviously because of its beautiful beaches. i love the beach and i imagine myself walking along shore with its white sand , that's absolutely heaven.

Greece is another country that interests me, probably because of its rich history and culture. living there would be a great experience.

it looks like it's also interesting to live in Japan. the people are very disciplined and their villages look peaceful that it seems nice and safe to live there.
