Mine are:

'You know, Minister, I disagree with Dumbledore on many counts ... but you cannot deny he's got style ...'
That made me laugh out loud as I was reading the book and again during the time I was watching it in the movies.

'Daddy will be pleased,' said Luna brightly. A muscle twitched in Rita's jaw.
Everything that Luna comes out with is funny to me.

'I've always thought that Fred and I should've got "E" in everything, because we exceeded expectations just by turning up for the exams.'
Nothing to say here, it's Fred and George! Everything they say is funny to me!

'Listening to the news! Again?' 'Well, it changes every day, you see.'
Simply funny.

'This is night, Diddykins. That's what we call it when it goes all dark like this.'
Sarcasim is funnier then any other.

'Oh, Ron, how wonderful ! That's everyone in the family.' 'What are Fred and I, next-door neighbours ?' said George indignantly
One of my favourite Fred and George lines.
