What's the punishment for these so called hooligans? Must be students from Hogwarts. But nobody is here to stop me from teaching them a lesson right?
 Let me read over the list of acceptable punishments,  ...it doesn't say anything about hanging the hooligans upside down by their ankles down in the dungeons. Sounds like a perfect pushment. Mrs Norris, bring me my shackles.
